Searching the tubes (as I like to call it) today I ran across a very special video on Youtube. Actually two videos of the much talked about Leonard Nimoy panel at Dragon-Con 2009. The video is segmented into parts 1 & 2 7 parts, and starts after The Shat crashed the panel. Lots of fun and a very special treat for those of us who missed the con.

This year's Dragon-Con is taking place right now, as we speak with a slew of Star Trek quests in attendance. As reported by CNN, apparently the Leonard Nimoy / William Shatner panel was a riot.

In her on going post-coverage of Vegas Con 2009, Nathalie Caron from Inside Trekker recaps the Leonard Nimoy & William Shatner panel from the last day of the convention.  Revealed, among other things, was The Shat's agreement to finally see Star Trek XI if his old buddy Nimoy 'brings the popcorn and holds his hand'.

In a recent interview with Time Magazine, William Shatner reveals that he actually turned down a private screening offer given by J.J. Abrams.  In the same interview we learn The Shat's feelings on conventions, working with Conan, and his work with the spoken word.

William Shatner has been all over the web today. Ever since his appearance on The Tonight Show w/ Conan O'Brien, where he performed poetry taken from excerpts of Sarah Palin's farewell speech, The Shat has been all the buzz across the interwebs.
