Vegas Khhaaan! 2010 Recap, The Cure For Post Convention Depression
Like many of you, I’m suffering from PCD or Post Convention Depression. We had an absolute blast getting to meet all of you and it’s especially cool that we can now call you friends. Not only did we get to hang with our fans, we also had the privilege to rock out with our buddies from Trekcast. Darren, Jerad, Damon, David, & Alicia were in attendance. Plus John & Mary from DVD Geeks. Oh, and how could I forget all of our twitter friends and the Amazing Larry Nemecek. It was all epic!
Shatner's "Bleep My Dad Says" Under Fire Before It Launches
William Shatner is no stranger to drawing fire, heck he usually does a quick ground roll and easily fires back. Now, his upcoming show is drawing it's own fire from The Parents Television Council over the title "Bleep My Dad Says". According to an article written for the Yahoo TV Blog, The Council is asking major advertisers to not buy ad slots on the upcoming sitcom.
"Parents really do care about profanity when their kids are watching TV," said PTC President Tim Winter. "All parents? No, but something like 80 or 90 percent of parents. Putting an expletive in the title of a show is crossing new territory, and we can't allow that to happen on our watch."

Star Trek Parody Pilot In The Works For FX
A brand new comedy pilot is in the works for cable network FX. Called "Alabama" the show centers around the crew of USS Alabama on a seven-year mission to maintain interplanetary peace. Sound familiar? Well, it should "Alabama" is an unofficial parody of Star Trek, set 1000 years in the future and created by the folks responsible for "Reno 911".
According to an FX statement, "The series begins six years into their seven year mission to maintain peace and enforce treaties between planets in their jurisdiction: Sector 187-G. The show will follow the heart-pounding action as our crew visits hostile planets, meets alien life-forms, and tries to have sex with each other in their tiny, metal bunk beds."
Quantum Entanglement, A Precursor To The Transporter
Quantum entanglement is a theory that dates back to Einstein, something he called "spooky action at a distance". Theoretical physicists believe that this "entanglement" could be a way of transporting objects across galaxies.
"According to the quantum theory, everything vibrates," theoretical physicist Michio Kaku tells NPR's Guy Raz. "When two electrons are placed close together, they vibrate in unison. When you separate them, that's when all the fireworks start."
"An invisible umbilical cord emerges connecting these two electrons. And you can separate them by as much as a galaxy if you want. Then, if you vibrate one of them, somehow on the other end of the galaxy the other electron knows that its partner is being jiggled."
