Star Trek TNG's LeVar Burton & Whoopi Goldberg Heading To The Kansas City Area
The Störling Dance Theater in Overland Park, Kansas will be presenting "Underground": a visual tapestry based on true stories of the Underground Railroad February 18th with TNG's LeVar Burton. LeVar won't be performing, but rather the special guest at the “Underground” performances as well as a VIP at a reception and dinner. “Underground” will begin at 8:00pm on Friday, February 18, 2011 at The Carlsen Center - Yardley Hall on the campus of Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas.
There are a couple ticket options for you to have a VIP reception and/or dinner with LeVar starting at $100. The tickets also include orchestra seating for the performance. Check out the options below.

Whoopi Goldberg: "I asked to be part of" Star Trek
Whoopi Goldberg was a huge Star Trek fan, even before she got the chance to play our favorite bartender. The Academy Award winning actress is known for the fantastic roles she's played over the years. From "Sister Act" to "The Color Purple", she has played nuns to thieves, but she always be known as Guinan to Trek fans throughout the world.
