Hey Trekcasters welcome back for our latest episode where we your team of geeks from around the world bring you all the latest and greatest from the world of Star Trek. This week a brand new “Whats What with Brandi T” she reveals to us her other nerd passion wonder what it could be?

It looks like someone got their hands on the original script for Star Trek XI. As reported by TNMC, there were several scenes that didn't make it into the final movie.  Who knows if any of the scenes were even filmed, but they are most definitely in the original script.  Check out the descriptions below.

You make first contact with a civilization called the Savii. The Savii have just reached the technology level necessary for the construction of warp-speed-capable vessels. They are an insectoid race connected through a hive mind, spreading information via a complex pheromone system.

Newsok.com recently conducted a phone interview with TNG alum Denise Crosby.  Set to appear at Trek Expo, Crosby got the call a few days before the convention.  In the interview she discusses Trekkies 1 & 2 and even the possibility for a third.
