As you know, The Shat is a man of many talents. He's an actor, a director, an author, talk show host, avid turkey fryer, and now he's going to guest host the long running BBC comedy panel show Have I Got News For You! This will give him a good chance to practice his English..... cue the rimshot!

According to Contactmusic.com; 'Have I Got News For You' began having guest presenters when original presenter Angus Deayton left in 2002. Since then, hosts have included John Bishop, Alexander Armstrong, Jo Brand and Martin Clunes. On Friday 25th May 2012, Shatner will join regular team captains Ian Hislop and Paul Merton as well as guests Andy Hamilton and Charlie Brooker.
