We’re used to seeing Nana Visitor take command of space stations, unruly aliens and tough intergalactic situations but now we get to see another side to her set of skills…command of fine cuisine. Now based in New Mexico, Nana’s newest role is Creator of Decadent Desserts for Un Petit Morceau, a specialty baking company that features artisanal desserts.

We’ve visited UnPetit Morceau’s website and have drooled over all the tasty looking pictures there. Not everything they make is deliverable, so the nearby New Mexico residents have several more tempting treats to choose from, but we’ll take what we “out of stat-ers” can get. Be on the lookout for a review of the deliverable desserts coming soon. For now, we see that Nana has a new Youtube channel aptly named “nanavisitor’s Channel” which can be found here.

Her first upload is a guacamole recipe that is surprisingly simple to make, but boasts a fabulous flavor. It makes us want to hop in the car right now and run to the store to buy the ingredients. This new video looks to be the premier in what we hope will become regular uploads of fabulous recipes assembled by none other than our favorite Bajoran. We’ll cross our fingers…and you guys cross yours…and maybe all our culinary dreams will come true.
