As reported by Gaming Today, a new ad for EA's The Sims 3 features familiar scenes and costumes.

EA has kicked advertisement into high gear to promote its upcoming life simulator sequel The Sims 3. The video below is one of many such attempts to get its infamous money printing machine back to where it should be: at the top of the PC gaming sales charts.

The trailer not only shows the possibilities of user created content within The Sims 3, but it does so humorously by mocking caricatures of our beloved space heroes Kirk and Spock in a staged setting.
