As reported by Comingsoon.net, Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman are hot commodities right now.  Not only are they responsible for our beloved franchise, but they seem to be writing just about everything else in Hollywood. 

As reported byMSN TV, Leonard Nimoy doesn't see any need for Original Spock to return in Star Trek XII. "Although, if they called me, I'd be happy to have a conversation about it." he explains.

Now that we can see the taillights on J.J. Abrams's "Star Trek", we here at Subspace Communique need a new Trek fix.  Sure there are comic books and of course we could dive into the various series novelizations, but really, we're cheap.  All kidding aside, we would love to provide an outlet for aspiring Star Trek writers to post their work on the web.

As we slowly approach the upcoming closed beta for Star Trek Online, Cryptic is releasing more detailed information that gives a look into the inner-workings of ST:O.  Tonight we get what seems to be a an overview of in-game ships, crew, and bridge officers.  Check out the details below.

It seems that the internet is full of Star Trek: The Experience news.  The only problem is that it appears to be the same story on all of the sites.  Supposedly, the failing Neonopolis is still slated to host some form of The Experience in the near future. 

Hey guess what?  More Star Trek Online screenshots for you to peruse.  Both ZAM! and Massively.com have uploaded new shots that include a few more fantastic Starfleet ship shots and a couple of the Borg.  Resistance is futile.
