We reported last month about a fantastic handmade Star Trek clock found on Etsy.  Looks like they are available again for preorder here.  After a bit of searching we've compiled a list of other handmade Star Trek crafts that caught our eye.

On the heels of the blockbuster opening for the new Star Trek movie, premiere comics and collectibles company Dynamic Forces is scheduled to debut its new limited edition Star Trek merchandise, licensed from CBS Consumer Products, on QVC May 18th at 1AM (ET).

In an interesting marketing move CBS Consumer Products joined forces with designer Jeff Staple to create a unique pair of Airwalk high-tops themed after the Enterprise.

Earlier this week we brought you our review of Scene It? Star Trek Deluxe Edition.  On a visit to Best Buy today we found an exclusive Scene It? collectible token (game piece) in the shape of a Klingon Bird of Prey.  Super cool.

As Reported on TechDigest, Nokia announced today that it will be releasing a 'Star Trek' branded version of it's 5800 XpressMusic.  Unfortunately, it will on be available in the UK.

While searching through all the subspace chatter (internet) this morning, we came across a really interesting handmade Star Trek clock on Etsy.  Made from vintage classic Action Fleet Micro Machine starships, warships and other vessels, the clock can tell time no matter where you are in the galaxy.

In part 2 of my toy exploits, I will be covering the new 'Star Trek' action figures and playsets.  With all the madness and hype surrounding the new film I was surprised to see such a small display at my local target. 

Toshiba UK launched a new micro-site featuring a new loptop series with 'Star Trek' protective skins. The Lapjacks (as they are being called) feature an image of Spock, Uhura, and Kirk with the famous 'Star Trek' font and logo. 

No word yet if these will be available in the US.
